This term, Pre-School are swapping their classroom tables for picnic logs at Forest School, transforming into wild woodland chefs as they take charge of preparing their own delicious forest feasts!
On the menu this week were some seriously tasty crowd-pleasers: BBQ Turkey Tacos on Monday, Chilli con Carne on Thursday, and a fun Friday treat—Fish Finger Dogs!
With aprons tied and sleeves rolled up, little hands got stuck in—chopping, mixing, and stirring lunch over the crackling campfire. From preparing the salad and simmering the beans to scrubbing the dishes, our mini cooks showed off serious flair, embracing every task with energy, focus, and boundless enthusiasm from start to finish.
Beaming faces and proud smiles filled the fire square (along with the most mouth-watering aromas!) as everyone tucked into their creations. Five-star reviews all round for the forest kitchen—move over, MasterChef!
