We have headed straight back into the Jurassic period after our half term break! After looking at the amazing skeletons of dinosaurs we created our very own! Aren’t they fantasticasaurus!
We enjoyed using cubes to make number bonds to 10 and 20 this week in maths.
We had a great sorting activity using leaves. We thought about the varying criterion that we could come up with – types, size, colour, age and began to sort them accordingly.
We learnt about the importance of keeping safe with fireworks and bonfire night. We practiced stop, drop and roll. We learnt how to safely light a fire, made some colourful fireworks using sticks and leaves, firework scenes using leaves and toasted some marshmallows – what a treat!
