Some of the Y5&6 boys made the short journey to Stamford Junior School on Wednesday 15th January to participate in a hockey festival.
The boys were split into A & B groups and played multiple matches during the afternoon.
The B team played 4 matches and improved throughout the afternoon. The A team also played 4 matches, showing some outstanding hockey and improving in every match. The teamwork was brilliant and the passing was very good from the A team in particular.
The A team won convincingly against SJS1, Bedford, St Peter’s and SJS2 only conceding 1 goal during the whole afternoon.
