What a scrumptious way to start a slightly soggy, autumnal Monday morning, sitting around a cosy, crackling fire, singing our hearts out! And what super singing it was! Pre – School really did smash it! Everyone loved hearing our Autumn leaves songs accompanied by Mrs Alford and Mrs Over on her guitar and it even inspired our grown ups to join in too! After the wonderful singalong we all proceeded to busily explore the exciting autumnal activities hiding in the woods, from making woodland flower crowns and Hapazome art, to conker rolling and picasso-esque forest paintings! And what’s more? All this fun was accompanied by smooth, warm hot chocolate and delicious chocolate chip cookies that were, FYI, actually the size of your face! Yummy! If only every Monday could start like this!
