The Copthill Challenge Scheme aims to recognise and develop skills and contributions to the wider community that sit outside of academic, music, or sporting achievements. This includes working in partnership with charities.

Completely voluntary and pupil initiated, each year the requirements become more challenging. Over the three years, pupils can achieve a Bronze, Silver or Gold award, depending on their level of self-motivation and commitment.

Some challenges are achievable in school time, others are designed to be completed out of school hours, with parental support. The scheme is taken very seriously by pupils, and encompasses many important skills which will be required for secondary school and adult life.
