2G were busy looking for signs of Autumn this week. Lots of fungi to be found and many differing leaves to identify. There were some wonderful Leaf Man pictures created. What a beautiful afternoon to be out and about!
Feeding time at the bees! 2D headed off to the apiary this week. Those bees are settling down for the colder weather so a fondant feed will be most welcomed!
We looked at Paul Klee’s work using hot and cold colours. The Castle and the Sun influenced our work this week. We used watercolour to mix warm colours to make the buildings and cold colours for our background. Look at our wonderful display!
We headed out to do a time lesson this week. We guessed how long a minute was then predicted how many different things we could do in a minute. It was noted just how long a minute is and how much we could achieve in a minute!
