A brilliant afternoon of netball for the U11 team against Brooke with a 24-15 victory. The girls worked well together in new interactions, showing some excellent centre passes and strong feeds in the pocket. Shooting was outstanding and the defence made some fantastic interceptions. The centre court players worked hard and the team continue to develop their awareness of space and passing down the court. Mrs Hesford

The mixed U11/10 girls had a great game against Brooke Priory, constantly gaining possession of the ball, particularly in the defensive side of the court when catching rebounds. Another highlight was our shooting consistency, as well as accurate passing in front of each player. Overall, the girls gained a well deserved win! Miss Richardson

The U10 girls made a very strong 7-0 start in the first quarter. In an aim to balance the game out a little more the girls played a new position in each quarter. We kept our focus of working on channels and always being close to our partner in defence. The pressure in defence was wonderful and all the girls were quick to get their distance and arms up when their player had the ball.
It was wonderful to see their growing skill set and I was so proud of how the girls stepped up and played with enjoyment throughout. The girls finished with a 22-4 win. Mrs Alcoran
