The creative side of year 1 was out in force this afternoon as they added texture and colour to their background ocean scenes. The horizon was drawn and then crashing waves were created. The sky was added and a few clouds for effect. After that, a message in a bottle was carefully drawn in pencil before it was outlined in black and carefully coloured. These were then set amongst the water and waves to create the fantastic effect of a message in a bottle bobbing along in the Atlantic Ocean.
