As part of their instructions work in English, Mrs Hesford’s group had to watch an instructional video about how to make magic dust (sherbet) and then instruct her how to make it. We learnt that effective instructions were important with specific detail, adverbials and imperative verbs!
In pairs, they then created their own magic dust instructions and used these to make their own sherbet before tasting it- fizz-tastic English fun!
