This week, Year 1 took a deep dive into their imaginations with some amazing underwater adventures! Inspired by a mysterious underwater picture prompt, the children wrote their very own stories — and we were blown away by their creativity!
From shimmering mermaids to clever sea creatures and hidden treasure, the ideas were flowing faster than a school of fish!
It’s been brilliant to see how confident the children have become in getting their ideas down on paper. Their writing has come on in leaps and bounds since the start of the year, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Well done, Year 1 — you’re all fantastic authors in the making!
