We’re really getting in the Christmas spirit up in Year 4!
As the penultimate week of the term comes to an end, we have had a busy, and soggy, week!
We began the week finishing our science experiments – we looked at the effects of different liquids on the calcium of egg shells. It’s safe the say the results were shocking! You’ll be surprised to know that Coca-Cola wasn’t the worst one…!
Our elf has been up to mischief every day, and we are shocked by the mess a tiny elf can create!
Year 4 took part in the House Hockey and Rugby matches on Thursday, which unfortunately was very very rainy! Head over to our Sports Blog to find out who won and see some more pictures!
This week, we have lots of Christmas excitement planned. We’re looking forward to seeing lots of parents on Wednesday for Year 4’s Carols in the Woods, which happens to be on Christmas Jumper Day!
The children are particularly excited for our Copthill Christmas Lunch on Wednesday, and of course the Christmas party on the last day of term on Friday.
