It’s time for you to see what we have been up to!
World Bee Week! We made some lovely pictures using mallets and flowers that we sourceds within the school grounds.
Things are getting very busy at the apiary – we needed to take a look in the hives to assess how close we are to taking the honey! Those amazing little bees have been making the most of the fine weather to get the stocks up for us!
We wrote an adventure story of Paddington in Peterborough. They took us to the POSH stadium, the crazy golf, to the river and even to the Cathedral. Oh the adventures Paddington had! We loved sharing our plans and laterly the stories themselves.
We took a trip to Paddington’s home country and did research on their festivals, landmarks and traditional food. We then compared it to his new abode in London noting the significant differences. We also looked at Peruvian textiles – noting how colourful and patterened they are. Some lucky Paddingtons got a new beautiful poncho!
