Admissions Process
Starting a new school can be daunting for all the family, but at Copthill we aim to make it a fulfilling experience.
1. Interest
To start your journey at Copthill, please call our Admissions team on 01780 757 506 or email admissions@copthill.com
2. Prospectus
We can then send you a prospectus, and find a time that suits for you to visit our unique campus. Please click here to read our digital prospectus.
3. Registration
Once you have received your prospectus and visited the school, the next stage in the admissions process is Registration. Please complete the Family Registration Form and return it with the non-refundable fee of £120.00 which will ensure your children/child is included on our waiting lists for their year group.
4. Taster Day
Once a Registration Form is returned and a place is available, we will invite your child to the school for a Taster Day. They will spend either the morning or whole day with the year group they are likely to join when they come to Copthill.
5. References and Reports
Copthill School will request references and/or reports from your child’s current school (if applicable) before they join us for their Taster Day. This is to ensure we can really begin to get to know your child.
6. Offer of a place
Once we are in a position to offer your child a place we will contact you. This is usually done following the Taster Day. At this point we will request confirmation from you that you definitely wish to take up the place.
7. Confirmation
This is an agreement to the School’s Terms and Conditions and involves the payment of the £600 acceptance fee. A proportion of this is returned at the end of the pupil’s final term, subject to the terms and conditions.
Fees
Everything you need to know about the costs of attending Copthill. Our fees are an inclusive figure incorporating all tuition fees, lunches and most of our UK based non-residential outings.
As with all aspects of communication at Copthill, we operate an open door policy, and encourage families to get in touch should financial circumstances change, or to enquire about means-tested bursaries.

Inspection Reports
The school was inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate in May 2017 and was rated excellent in all areas.
