The children in year 3 & 4 took part in their kwik cricket house matches on Thursday 3rd July.
It was a glorious sunny afternoon, perfect for cricket.
With some fixtures having been played in the weeks prior to this to ensure every house played everyone in a round-robin tournament, we awaited the final outcome of who would be crowned the Year 3 and Year 4 winners.
Milton ended up champions in Year 3 and Burghley took the honours in Year 4.
The games were played in great spirit and sportsmanship was brilliant throughout. The progress made by all the children was evident to see and this was particularly true of the bowling, which was accurate and pacey.
