Up, Up, and (Almost) Away! ☀️🍃

This week, Pre-School found the perfect way to chase the summer breeze—with a humongous parachute, a pile of rainbow balls, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

With arms stretched wide and eyes on the prize, the children took turns shaking, lifting, and diving under the great swishy parachute. It billowed and rippled like the forest floor in a sudden gust—alive with movement and light, powered entirely by tiny hands and a lot of laughter.

The rainbow balls bounced and tumbled like colourful leaves in mid-air acrobatics—spinning, zig-zagging, and occasionally making a bold escape attempt—cue the high-speed Pre-School Recovery Squad, complete with enthusiastic pointing and speedy sprints.

There were plenty of squeals, surprised gasps, and delighted cheers as balls teetered and skittered off the edge, with careful hands working together to keep the game rolling—proving once again that teamwork really does make the dream work.

Amid all the whooshing, bouncing, and belly laughs, every second felt like its own little adventure—because those sneaky balls were most certainly leaves on a mission.

We may not have taken flight… but it wasn’t for lack of trying!
