Year 1 tackled creating a moving story book as a design engineering project. They first designed the route that the Jolly Postman was to use to deliver his parcels and letters to a new set of fairy tale recipients. They carefully applied guides to the back of their project to prevent the sliding mechanism from going off the page. They were delighted with their creations and enjoyed using the sliding mechanism to help the Jolly Postman deliver on his route.
