What a fabulous start to the year! We have been looking at famous people who have inspired us. The presentations given have been superb and we have learnt so much about many people who we knew, but did not know much about them. We also learnt about the incredible lives of many other people who are inspirational figures.

Here are our fabulous portraits of our famous people. We really focussed on where features are within faces and carefully considered their skin colour. Their likeness to the real person is incredible!
What a chilly time we have had during our outdoor learning sessions! We experienced wonderful winter walks noting changes in the landscape along the way. We checked that the animals were happy and that the bees had plenty of fondant to eat.
We have been looking at money during our maths lessons with week. We identified coins and their values and matched amounts to their value.
