It is always a wonderful experience to attend Lee Valley and explain to the girls the 2012 Olympic Hockey was played on this exact pitch!
The weather was very kind this year and we had a competitive pool of matches. We finished 3rd and moved to the outside pitches for the afternoon. The girls worked their socks off and there were some very tired faces. We struggled to convert our attacking opportunities on the day, but made some wonderful memories and purchased some colourful hoodies!
