This week we enjoyed a fabulous Greek day in Year 3. The children certainly embraced their outfits as did the teachers! A fabulous morning of art activities including some gorgeous mosaic tiles which could adorn any home – we decide Mummies or Daddies may like them as coasters for their drinks! The main highight of the day was Greek lunch…gyros for all 😊
You may wonder if all we think about is food in Year 3 as the children enjoyed a fabulous afternoon making Greek porridge. Nearly everyone managed an individual try at using the fire steel. A first try of porridge for quite a few!!
