We have had another wonderful week full of activities inside and outside the classroom. We have been learning lots of letters and blending them together into words. The dinosaur work was amazing as we formed the letter “d” with dinosaur footprints in paint. We were fantastic palaeontologists digging for dinosaur bones in the sand.
We have been learning all about recycling too and how we can keep our environment tidy. The litter picking was fun! Seeing what happens to our recycled waste was also very informative.
We have been learning about two dimensional shapes and their properties in maths. We did some amazing sorting.
PE was such fun. We have been learning our gymnastic skills by jumping, rolling and climbing. Well done Reception!
