Year 5 have been studying Lewis Carroll’s Jaberwocky poem. We had great fun using a mirror with the original ‘Alice through the looking glass’ extract to read the backwards poem. Then we unpicked the language and created our own interpretations. Today, we analysed performance strengths and worked in groups to perform this classic poem under the English sunshine in the Classics garden.
