On a wonderful sunny Tuesday, Years 5 and 6 enjoyed a new and exciting experience learning the fun skills and rules of the Canadian created game Kin-Ball. School Games Organiser, Rupert Gibson from the Lincolnshire Southeast Partnership spent the day teaching the children how to cooperate in teams to control the ginormous ball in a game scenario. Kin-Ball suits all abilities with three teams playing at one time, the goal is to hit the ball and aim it to touch the floor before another team can catch it. The children were able to get to grips with a number of further rules as well as the size of the ball and recognised the key techniques required to score points for their team.
