We are pleased to share with you our Uffington Scarecrow entry which is almost complete and ready to be placed in situ within the village this weekend. We hope you are impressed by our efforts when you see it!
We were so inspired by a bug book that Theo brought into share with us that we decided to go on our very own bug hunt. Many beetles, centipedes and spiders were found. Then when a newt was discovered we decided to take it upon ourselves to save the newt by putting it into our school’s pond as it would be more suitable habit with it being a protected amphibian.
