We have had a magical week in Reception, full of fun and outdoor activities. In Forest School we ventured to the woods and listened to the story of Percy the Park Keeper “After the storm.” We searched for signs of Autumn and looked for signs of creatures that live in the woods. We worked together to make some wonderful homes for all the animals to share.
In Read, Write, Inc we have been very busy learning m,a,s,d,t,i and n. We have been thinking about the sounds of letters and how they blend together to make words. We went on some letter hunts and completed many different activities to learn and reinforce those sounds. Well done Reception!
