We have had an incredible first few days in Reception, and the children have been absolutely amazing! They have all settled in so well, and it’s hard to believe that they have only been with us for such a short time.
The children have been busy playing and exploring, making new friendships, and learning our daily routines. We’ve also had our first French, music, and PE lessons, which were great fun. 🎵
This week, we even started learning a couple of letters – m and a. ✏️ The children enjoyed lots of exciting activities to help them remember these sounds.
As part of our learning, we explored different types of apples and discovered how apple trees grow. 🌳 The children especially loved tasting a variety of apples from around the world – a delicious way to learn!
It’s been a fantastic start to the year, and we are so proud of how well the children have settled in. We’re looking forward to many more exciting adventures ahead!
